The Streets Alive! Film Festival will be held at Cinemapolis on Sunday, April 21, 2024 at 3PM. Bike Walk Tompkins presents local and global short films in a showcase of the diversity and joy of biking, adventure, and micromobility. Tickets will be available for purchase ($2-$10) at the Cinemapolis website and box office. All proceeds from the ticket sales go to support our program’s ongoing work to make Ithaca and Tompkins County more accessible, convenient and safe for all who bike, walk, and roll!

Straight from the “Worlds Best Bike Films” film festival in Portland, Oregon, Filmed by Bike sends us their annual ‘Bike Love’ program to re-screen here in Ithaca. It constitutes the second half of our evening; an hour-long collection of the best bike movies from all over the world, with inspiring cinematography and compelling personal stories. The programs always include fun, lighthearted films, as well as pieces that showcase how bikes are changing lives.
